Ingredients
Oats, 1 cup Apples, fresh, 1 medium, gratedCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed
Directions
Divide ingredients between 2 cereal bowls. Microwave for 3 minutes, 1 minute at a time to ensure the mixture doesn't overflow. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
