Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
filet mignon, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, chopped carrots, chopped bell pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, canola oil
Directions
- slice filet mignon into thin strips, mix with corn starch, soya sauce and 1 tsp canola oil

- stir fry beef in very hot canola oil for 1 min, set aside

- fry onion and carrot for 1 min, add bell pepper, stir, add beef, stir, add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stir, add mushroom and stir.
