Granny's Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 - 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained1 large egg1/2 cup nonfat milk1 - 8.5 oz box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Directions
Makes about 15 fritters. Mix all ingredients. Pour by tablespoonful onto griddle or skillet coated with PAM. Brown as desired on both sides. Serve warm as a side or a snack.
