Low Calorie, Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 2.5 cupWhite Rice, short grain, 0.33 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp Low fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine the milk, cream cheese rice and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approx 25 mins until rice is tender. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.

Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract, splenda blend and nutmeg. Return to the heat and continue cooking until the pudding thickens, approx another 5 - 10 mins.
