1 pound ground elk1/3 cup chopped onion3 cloves garlic3 carrots chopped3 stalks celery chopped1 can tomato soup1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup catsup3 tablespoons honeysalt and pepper to taste1 cup low fat cottage cheese6 oz or 1.5 cups cooked pasta..bowtie is perfect
Directions
Sautee vegetables
Add ground meat
Season to taste
Add remaining ingredients while cooking pasta
Simmer 15 minutes and add the pasta
