Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cupCinnamon, ground, 0.50 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tbsp Salt, 0.50 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Zucchini, 2 cupEggwhites, 2large Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Milk, 1%, .5 cup Canola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Mis together dry ingredients.
Add Shredded zucchini.
Seperately beat together remaining ingredients then add to dry/zucchini mixture. Mix together just until moistened.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until golden.
