Ingredients
3 4-oz chicken breasts, skinless, boneless4 Tbsp light mayonnaise1/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese, grated3 Tbsp Italian breadcrumbs
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
Spread on chicken.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on chicken.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes until chicken is done.
