Crockpot Bean with Hot Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients
2 cups dry Great Northern Beans3 "links" Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage, cut into circles2 cups onion, chopped1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning1-1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic (to taste)6 roma tomatoes, quartered or chopped1 small head cabbage, chopped or shredded
Directions
Soak beans overnight, drain and rinse well.
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
Add beans & chicken broth. Cook on low about 30 or 45 minutes. Add sausage
Cut veggies stir into crockpot, putting cabbage LAST on top. Cook about 4 hours, stir cabbage in, cook another hour.
Serving size = 1 cup
