Ingredients
* Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup * Oat Bran,1/4 cup * *Flour, white, 1/4 cup * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1/2tsp * Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Granulated Sugar, 1 TBS * Blueberries, frozen, thawed (unsweetened), 1 cup * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp, melted * Salt,1/4 tsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto hot griddle. Makes 12 pancakes. One serving is 2 pancakes.
