Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Two 4 oz sticks butter3/4 cup brown sugar3/4 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract2 1/4 cups soy flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 9 oz package Sunspire Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Set Aside.
Cream together, butter, sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla.
Blend in flour mixture slowly. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-12 minutes.
