Guacamole'

Ingredients
1 small avocado1/4 cup chopped onion (Texas Sweet)1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (canned or raw)1 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp Cumin4 Tsp Guacamole Seasoning Mix6 Tbsp non-fat Sour Cream4 Tbsp chopped Cilantro
Directions
Peel and remove seed.
Mash avocado, then add remaining items. Mix well. I like to chill for about 30 minutes.

You can put this over a bed of lettuce, or if I am doing good on my calories for the day, I will have a few baked tortilla chips with it. But I make sure to count them out before I sit down and eat the whole bag! lol
