Ingredients
Flour carb smart tortilla2 T. salsa or rotel1/2 chicken breast1/4 C. fat free cheese (more if preferred)
Directions
Cook chicken first, baked or boiled (baking makes more tender)
Then on one side of tortilla, Layer: cheese, chicken, salsa, and little bit more cheese.
Fold in half.
Then in a warm skillet brown both sides of tortilla until cheese is melted.
Can serve with sour cream and salsa on side.
