Deb's Broccoli Salad #2

Ingredients
8 c. fresh broccoli1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. dried cranberries (Craisins)1/2 cup chopped walnuts2 T. bacon bits2 T cider vinegar1 T. balsamic vinegar2 T. sugar2 T. lite mayo
Directions
Cut/chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Place in a large bowl with the onion, Craisins, walnuts and bacon bits.

In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk together. Pour over vegetables and stir well.

Salad improves after vinegarette soaks into the broccoli, but I normally dig in right away.

Makes 4 generous servings.
