Scallops, raw, 16 oz (remove)Shrimp, raw, 10 oz (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving (remove)Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz) (remove)Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
dice pepper and onion saute with olive oil. add minced garlic cloves saute with salt pepper and dill 1-2 minutes. Add stock, tomatoes and artichokes; bring to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add seafood and cover 5 minutes or unitl seafood is opaque. Serve alone or with favortie pasta. makes 6 generous stew portions or 8 pasta portions
