Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Milkshake

Ingredients
2 cups nonfat milk1/2 package of dry sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix1 teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened2 packets of sweetner (Equal was used in calorie count, if using the pink packets, I would only use one)1 teaspoon vanilla1-2 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter (1 used for calorie count)About six ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients except for ice cubes into blender. Blend, and add ice cubes one at a time. Continue blending until ice is all broken up. Pour and enjoy -- and forget about your other cravings for a while. You'll be craving this shake again, though!
