Jackie's Gazpacho

Ingredients
* 28 oz Canned Tomatoes * 1 Cucumber (with peel), (8-1/4") * 1 Green Pepper (bell pepper) * Onions, raw, 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 1 clove * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Basil, 0.5 tsp * Chili powder, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Wash, chop.... blend. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with fresh french bread.

Note: Traditional gazpacho is made by soaking old dry bread in the the tomato. This is a great use of old bread and makes this more filling (and less light).
