* Pumpkin leaves, 1 cup * Water, tap, 2 cup * Palm Oil, 3 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Crayfish, 10 grams * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" ~* waterleaf
Directions
boil the ater, add the pumpkin and waterleaves, add all other ingrideints and leave to boil for 10 minutes
