Sweet & Sour venison stir fry

Ingredients
1/3 pound venison steaksceleryonionsnap peassweet and sour sauce
Directions
Season steaks and brown with 1 T olive oil in large skillet. Remove from pan and add celery (chopped), onion (wedged), and 2 T olive oil. Saute until just tender. Cut steaks into strips and add to skillet; add peas and sauce to skillet. Serve over rice or sprouts. Makes 3 6oz servings.

    The recipe lacks lots of information, like how much sweat & sour which makes me doubt if it is listed in the calorie count. The sauce is very high in calories so it is my guess that it is not. Love the vegtables, but that's because I love them anyway. - 10/21/09
