Quick Quiche

4 eggs1 c. 1% milk1/2 c reduced fat Hellmans mayonnaise2 Tbs flour1/3 c. onions8 oz shredded cheddar cheese1 - 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach4 slices of bacon (cut and fried crisp then crumbled)Pie shell1 c flour1/2 tsp salt7 Tbs butter<1/4 c. water
Cut and fry bacon. Crumble. Set aside
Hand whisk eggs, milk, mayonnaise and flour
Add all other ingredients
Put flour butter and salt in food processor. Add ice water until flour comes together. Shape dough into ball and roll out onto a 9/10 inch pie pan.
Pour wet mixture into the pie shell. Place pie in preheated oven of 350 degress for 50 - 55 minutes.
