Ingredients
Green PepperRed PepperOnionGarlicMushroomsRonzoni, Healthy Harvest LinguineSmart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
Place linguine in 4 quarts of boiling water
Cook for 10-12 minutes, drain

Slice all vegetables
Saute vegetables in Smart Balance Buttery Spread for 5 minutes or until tender

Add drained linguine to sauted vegatables, mix well
Add additional Smart Balance to taste

Great alone or as a side dish

Makes 8 - 1 Cup Servings
