Ingredients
450 gms potatos450gm green vegetables60ml rice/almond milkseasoning: salt, pepper, parsley
Directions
peel and chop potatoes. cook for 15-20 mins until tender.
meanwhile steam your choice of green vegetables until soft (10mins)
mash potatoes and veg together with milk and seasoning.
spoon into a small ovenproof dish and grill until crispy
