Skillet Chicken with Green Chile Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast HalvesSalt and Pepper to taste1 Tbl Olive oil1 can (4-4.5 oz) Diced Green Chiles1 cup Grape Tomatoes (cut in half)3/4 cup chicken broth1/2 tsp cumin1 clove garlic2 tbl Chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1) Place chicken breast halves between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. With mallet or rolling pin, pound breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

2) In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot. Add breasts and cook 6-7 min. or until browned on both sides and chicken loses its pink color through out, turning once. Transfer breasts to platter and cover with foil to keep warm.

3) To skillet, add green chiles, grape tomatoes, chicken broth, ground cumin, garlic, and any juices from chicken platter. Cook 3 min to reduce sauce slightly, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro.
