1 cup Ott's Vidalia Onion Dressing1/4 cup flour4 pounds sirloin tip roast8 whole baby red potatoes, unpeeled1 medium onion, quartered8 baby carrots2 stalks celery, quartered
1) Marinade roast in Ott's Vidalia Onion Dressing overnight.
2) Shake flour in oven bag or crock pot bag.
3) Place bag in 13x9x2-inch baking pan or in crock pot. Place roast in bag with vegetables on top of the roast.
4) If using oven, bake for about 3 1/2 hours or until beef is fork tender. If using crock pot, cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
