2 C quick oats1/4 tsp. salt2 ripe mashed bananas1 egg1 T agave nectar1 t. cinnamon
Directions
Combine well, drop by spoonsful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

    I loved the simplicity of this recipe. I added cinnamon (1/4 tsp) & nutmeg (1/8 tsp) & I split the honey w/ maple syrup. 1st batch result: Muffins. 2nd batch: flattened batter & topped w/ honey.. AWESOME! I will never make any other oatmeal cookie! - 8/31/09

    The nutritional content excited and baffled me. I recalculated it as being 65 calories per cookie - healthy, but I was an idiot to fall for 18. - 2/28/10

    I will try it but what if I cut the salt in half. Low sodium is better for me. - 3/27/12

    Sounds good. Unfortunately the nutritional information is missing the oats in the count. With the oats it should come to 65 calories a cookie, like phurby said. - 8/16/11
