Ingredients
2/3 head medium cabbage14 oz. Butterball Turkey Sausage6 small potatoes0.5 cup onions12 oz. 2% Nice-n-Cheesy (melting cheese)2 tbsp. flour1 cup nonfat milk2 tsp salt2 tsp pepper
Directions
Chop cabbage, onions, turkey sausage and potatoes however you like them and either layer or mix together in a 13 cup baking dish.

Put 1 cup of milk, 2 tbsp flour and cheese in saucepan. Put on,low heat and stir while melting cheese. Pour over the cabbage mixture and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350. About 15-30 minutes before time is up, you may want to remove the aluminum foil to brown the top some or if there is excess liquid, so it will evaporate some.

Delicious as is, or add some more veggies to make it a great meal.

This sounds REALLY yummy! I'm making this for sure. Thanks for the great recipe!!! I wonder if you could substitute cauliflower for the cabbage..might try that as well! - 5/5/09

I never thought of cauliflower, but it would work! Also, the cheese could be cut down by at least 4 oz, possibly more. The milk should be cut in half and the tureky sausage can certainly be decreased to about half. If you like cabbage, I would add more. Had no idea it would practically shrivel up!
