2 Packages of Crescent Roll Dough1 Cup Low fat Cream Cheese1/3 Cup Mayo (Regular or Fat Free)1 Clove Garlic1 Tsp. Dill Seasoning3/4 Cup Cucumber Slices1/2 Cup Fresh Broccoli, Copped1 Yellow Bell Pepper , Chopped1 Cup Chery Tomatoes, halved
Makes about 10 2" x 2.5" Pieces
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Spread 2 packages of Crescent Roll Dough onto a Baking Pan or Large Round Stone.
3.Pinch seams together and prick with a fork .
4.Bake at 375 until deep golden brown.(15-20 min)
5.Mix together 1 8oz bar of cream cheese and 1/3 cup mayo, press in 1 clove of garlic
add Dill Seasoning to taste.
6.Spread on cooled crust.
7. Top with; sliced cukes,chopped broccoli,chopped yellow pepper, halved grape tomatoes
Serve Cold
