Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 c. Onions, raw1 clove minced Garlic2 c. White Rice, long grain3 c. Chicken Broth1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste1 tsp. Oregano, ground
Directions
Heat oil in skillet and add rice, onions and garlice. Saute until onions are tender. In another pan combine broth, oregan and tomato paste and simmer. Add rice mixture to broth. Once boiling point is reached, turn to low. Cover and simmer for 20 min. or until rice is done. Cooking times may vary depending on rice. Use cooking time on rice chosen.
