Crispy Honey Chicken Strips

Ingredients
4 pieces boneless chicken breast halved1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg 1.5 tbs honey (room temperature or a little warmer)SaltPepperChilli PowderOregano1-2 tablespoons olive oil for pan
Directions
In a shallow bowl mix, egg, honey and spices. Dip each piece of chicken in this liquid and get a good coating.
Have a separate bowl with the bread crumbs. Take the chicken out of the egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs. If there is excess egg, you can re-dip the already battered chicken and then add a second layer of bread crumbs.
Slowly heat oil in pan. Keep temperature low. Add chicken and let cook on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Only flip once, and do not add too much oil, as they will become oily rather than crispy.
Serves 4, 2 pieces each.
