1 Tennesee Pride Turkey sausage patty1/4c Egg Beaters Southwestern1/4c New potatoes boiled1tsp chili powder1tsp garlic powder1 slice Sargento's Light Pepper Jacksalt and pepper to taste1 Tamxico Whole Wheat tortilla lo Carb
Cook eggs, sausage, potatoes, and spices together, using an olive oil cooking spray.
Warm tortilla in Microwave for 15 secs.
Add egg and potato mixture to tortilla. Tear cheese in half and place on egg and potato mix.
Roll up and microwave for an additional 20 secs.
Makes 1 serving.
You can also add fresh 2tbs fresh salsa and 2 tbs of lite sourcream for an adiitional 50 calories.
