Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless3 stalks celery3 carrots1/2 green pepper
Directions
Cut up chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
Cut up celery, carrots and green pepper into small slices.

In wok, steam veggies until tender. Remove from wok.

Cook chicken in wok until there is no pink inside.

Add the veggies in with the chicken and mix together.

Remove from wok and serve on a bed of rice or steam fried noodles.

Makes approximately 4 - 3/4 cup servings
