Carrie's No-Leftovers Meatloaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/8 tsp seasoned salt 1 tsp pepper2 tsp minced onion1/2 tsp salt1 cup dry plain breadcrumbs1- 5 ounce can evaporated milk
Directions
Mix all ingrediants together form into loaf put in loaf pan (coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray) Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to your liking. Bake on 375 degrees for 1hr 15mins, remove from pan and let set 5 mins before slicing. Makes about 10 1/2" thick slices! Best paired with mashed potatoes!
