Cinco de Mayo Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef, taco flavored1 can pinto beans, drained1 8 oz package 2% shredded cheese1 8 oz. package shredded lettuce2 chopped tomatoes2 chopped avocados14 oz. can tomato sauce1 packet taco seasoning12 oz. fritos
Directions
Brown meat as for tacos. Drain.
Mix tomato sauce with taco seasoning.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together; fritos last.
Serve.

    I made this for a potluck at work (only I used ground turkey & tortilla chips), thinking I would take some home for dinner that night. Nope. They ate it all and loved it. - 5/8/13
