Easy Baked Fish

Ingredients
3/4 lb white fish1/4 cup egg substitute southwestern1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 Tablespoon garlicParsleyOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400*. Place egg substitute in a shallow bowl. Place Bread crumbs, peppers, & garlic in another shallow bowl and mix. Dip fish first in egg then in pepper/ bread crumb mixture. Does not need to be totally covered with crumbs. Place fish onto sprayed oven pan and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
