Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
1 Egg1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese3 Chicken BreastsOptional: Oregano, pepper, or other spices for breading
Directions
Half breasts, then cut into strips. Each breast should make approximately 4 pieces.

Roll chicken strips in beaten egg, then roll in Parmesan and breadcrumbs, and whatever spices you would like to add.

Put in baking pan and bake at 350 to 375 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Thermometer should read about 170 degrees F.

Serve over pasta.
