Creamsicle Cake

Ingredients
Cake:1 Box Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Classic Yellow Cake1 cup water1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup egg substitute.6 oz box Jello sugar free orange jello1 cup boiling water1 cup cold waterIcing:1.5 oz Jello sugar free vanilla pudding1/2 cup skim milk8 oz crushed pineapples (No sugar added)8 oz package fat free cream cheese8 oz package sugar free cool whip
Directions
Mix the cake mix, applesauce, egg substitute, and 1 cup water. Bake according to directions in two 9-inch cake pans.

When cake is finished, poke holes in it using the end of a wooden spoon or something similar. Mix orange jello mix, 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water in separate bowl. Pour mixture over both pans of cake and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

To make icing, mix pudding mix, milk, pineapples, cream cheese, and cool whip. Stick in the fridge with the cake.

When the cake is cooled, icing and serve cold!

The box says this makes 12 servings. I've never measured before.
