Tomato and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Onions, 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh, 3 small Crushed Tomatoes, 1 can Carrots 1 medium Lentils, 1 tinSalt and PepperDried Chili Cumin
Directions
Fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add in tins of tomatoes and lentils, carrot, and spices. Mix in about a cup of water, bring to boil and simmer for approx 20 mins until carrot is cooked.
