Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Bars

1 box Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake Mix3/4 cup Light Margarine8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese1/2 cup Egg Substitute1/3 cup Splenda3 tbsp. Sugar Free Caramel Topping 1 tsp. vanilla3 Medium Granny Smith Apples4 tbsp. Fat Free Caramel Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust: Mix cake mix and maragine until well blended. Put mixture (reserve 1/3 cup for topping) in a greased 9X13 inch pan and press down to make crust cover the entire pan and 1/2 inch up side of pan.
Filling: Combine cream cheese, egg substitute, splenda, caramel topping (not syrup), and vanilla in blender and blend until smooth. Pour onto crust and spread evenly.
Topping: Peel apples and slice (appx. 16 slices per apple). Lay in single layer rows on filling until covered. Take remaining 1/3 cup crust mix, tear into little pieces and throw on top.
Place in preheated oven and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until crust starts browning slightly. Remove from oven and and drizzle caramel syrup on top. Let set for 10 minutes, then chill in refridgerator for one hour. You can serve warm if desired. Cut into 18 bars and serve. Store leftovers refridgerator.
