Apple Sorbet

Ingredients
500g water200g brown sugar200g apple juice2 egg whitescinemmon
Directions
Boil the water and the sugar with a stick of cinemmon for 12min. Wait until cold and add the juice.
Put it on the freezer until it starts to freeze. Beat the egg whites until firm peaks and add to the juice.
Put it on the freezer and keep stirring hourly until it's completely solid.
