Ecuadorian Salsa

Ingredients
.5 c of chopped green bell peppers1 ripe plum tomato chopped.5 c of thinly sliced red onions1 medium carrot chopped.5 c of chopped seeded and peeled cucumber1 celery stalked choppedfresh cilantro1 or 2 tbsp of olive oiljuice of 1 limesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine all chopped ingredients
stir and add lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
