Ingredients
463 g cooked rice156 g scrambled eggs (3 eggs)8 T Pace Medium Salsa85 g Kuner's Black Refried Beans56 g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Combine cooked rice and salsa in a large skillet. Scramble the eggs in another pan, then add and mix the eggs into the rice. Top with dollops of beans. Sprinkle on the cheese and cover with a lid until heated through and cheese is melted.

Serve on tortillas with chopped tomatoes and sour cream (optional). None of these are included in the nutritional information.
