2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 Tbs extra light olive oil1/4 tsp sesame oil1/4 tsp soy sauce1/4 tsp rice vinegarpinch of saltpinch of black peper1 Tbs garlic powderbag of Asian vegetable mix (peas, carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts)-I used Safeway mix
Cut up chicken breast. In a wok add oils and soy sauce and rice vinegar. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to wok. Brown chicken, add vegetables and let heat through with lid on. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice-I use brown rice. Easy and tasty!
