Chicken and Potato Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
Potatoes (3lb bag)2 8oz blocks of cheese( I use extra sharp)2 pkgs of frozen broccoli1 can cream of potato soup(I use low sodium)1 lrg can of chicken breast in water(drained)1 bag of stuffing mix1/2 a med onionpaprika to tastepepper to tastesage to tastesalt to tasteand whatever other spices you think would make it a comfort food.
Directions
You can do it all in your slow cooker, but it doesn't get the potatoes soft enough for me. If you do it that way, just dump everything but the cheese and the stuffing in, cook, when it is almost done add stuffing mix and then coat with cheese.

I peel and chop the potatoes and boil them to just about the right tenderness. Then I add them, the broccoli, the spices, the soup, the onion and the chicken in a casserole dish and mix them. Then I cover with the dressing mix and cheese. I cook it until the cheese is brown and bubbly.

It will serve 10 1 cup servings.
