Ingredients
.5 cup lentils1cup white rice500gr Tomatoes3cloves garlic1tsp salt
Directions
wash rice and lentils very well.
boil the lentils untill almost done.
add the rice and a dash of salt and let the rice cook.
over a low heat put tomatoes, garlic and a dash of salt in a pan cover it and let it cook.
blend than add a spoon of vinegar and serve with the kochari.
