Veal stew

Ingredients
1lb. veal stew1 cup timatoe juice1 cup chicken broth ( low sodium1 cup water1 can 8 0z. slice mushrooms1 t paprika1 t celery salt1 t chopped basil2 cups rice or 2 cups pasta
Directions
In a pan, on medium heat, coat veal pieces with paprika and brown on all sides. Add tomatoe juice,chicken broth, water and stir. Add remaining herbs and stir. Bring to a boil and lower heat to simmer. Cover and let simmer for 55 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice or small shell pasta.
