1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 cup chopped tomaotes1/2 cup chopped/sliced cucumbers1 cup sliced or chopped green peppers (or red, yellow, orange)4 tbsp Italian dressing1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
add all ingredients to a bowl. add more or less as desired. mix well. store in refrigerator until ready to eat. can be used as a snack as well. Kids love this.
