Ingredients

1/2 med onion, chopped fine1/2 med bell pepper, chopped fine1 tbsp unsalted butter, to saute onion & peppers.1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained.1 cup - bbq sauce2 tsp yellow mustard1tbsp steak sauce (like A1)1tsp finely ground black pepperdash of salt1 tbsp ground cumin
In large skillet or heavy pan, saute onion and bell peppers in butter. Add lean ground beef and cook until brown. Drain off excess fat.
In a seperate bowl combine bbq sauce, mustard, steak sauce and spices. Mix well.
Pour over ground beef mix and stir well to incorporate. Let mix simmer for 5 mins.
Serve with whole grain bread or eat alone.
