Easy Skillet Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Salt, .5 tsp Contadina Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced *Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup elbow shaped Parsley 3 tbsp
Directions
In 10-inch skillet, sautee chicken in butter until golden brown. Add onions and continue cooking 5 minutes. Drain excess fat: add salt, spaghetti sauce and water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add carrots and macaroni. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes longer, until carrots are tender and macaroni is done. Garnish with chopped parsley. Parmesan cheese also if desired.
