Ingredients
Muffin:flour, milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, lemon juice, salt, poppyseed, vegetable oil, sour creamGlaze:butter (melted), powdered sugar, lemon juice
Directions
preheat oven to 350. grease muffin tins.
combine flour sugar baking powder and salt. In another bowl whisk oil, milk , sour cream, and egg till smooth. add dry ingredients. mix until moist. then gently stir in all the poppyseeds. fill muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
Glaze: whisk all ingredients together in bowl and drizzle on top of each muffin.
