Graham Crackers, honey, 20 cracker (2-1/2" square) *Imperial Stick Margarine, 3/4 c.Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate, 4 squaresGranulated Sugar, 2 c.Egg, fresh, 3 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 1 c.Miniature Marshmallows, 2 1/2 c. Baker's semi sweet chocolate chunks 1c.
Heat oven to 350.
Line 13X9 pan with foil; grease foil w/ nonfat cooking spray. Place 15 graham squares into pan. Break remaining grahams into pieces.
Microwave margarine and chocolate squares 2 minutes and stir until choc. is melted. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour. Pour over grahams.
Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks. Bake 5 minutes more. Press reserved pieces of graham crackers into marshmallows. Cool. Use foil to remove brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
