2 eggs1 T milk1 slice of ham broken in pieces1/4 c homemade salsa1.5 T coconut oil (to coat the skillet)2 T real cheese
Directions
Coat skillet with coconut oil. Crack eggs into skillet. Whisk in milk. Add ham, cheese, and salsa. Season with salt and cracked black pepper.
